Thomas Chmielecki

Founder of Lecki Homes and Lecki Developments Inc.

Thomas Chmielecki is a dynamic and driven entrepreneur whose passion for building and ​construction began at a young age. Growing up on construction sites with his family, Thomas ​honed his skills early, laying the foundation for a successful career in the industry.


Thomas pursued his passion academically at Mohawk College, where he earned an Advanced Diploma ​in Architectural Technology from 2009 to 2012. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience ​through CO-OP terms, working as a Project Coordinator and Estimator. Simultaneously, he achieved ​certification with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, becoming a Licensed BCIN Designer in ​Ontario. This qualification enabled Thomas to start his practice as an Architectural Designer, focusing ​on small buildings and new homes.


After completing his studies, Thomas advanced his career as a Project Manager and Estimator for a ​mid-sized general contractor in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area. Concurrently, he continued his ​independent work as an Architectural Designer and Building Consultant. In October 2014, with the ​prospect of a growing family, Thomas dedicated himself full-time to his entrepreneurial endeavors, ​incorporating TNC Group of Companies. This venture specialized in building and consulting services, ​general construction, and project management.


Over the years, Thomas's expertise evolved, narrowing his focus to land development and new ​home construction. In January 2021, he founded Lecki Developments Inc., operating as Lecki ​Homes, and obtained licensing with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and ​TARION New Home Warranty Corporation. In May 2021, he further expanded his enterprise by ​establishing Thomas Developments Inc., a sister company dedicated to land development and ​new home construction.


Thomas's passion for building is unmistakable in every home constructed by Lecki Homes. He is ​committed to creating well-built, efficient, and comfortable homes, ensuring the highest quality ​for families to enjoy. Appointment.

The builder will provide list of vendors for selections. Purchasers are advised that natural wood products

may show a variation in grain and colour of stain or paint may vary slightly. Purchasers are advised that the design,

manufacture, and installation of certain Extras or Upgraded Materials may require a longer period of time to complete

when compared to the standard finishes described on this Schedule. Accordingly, in order to accommodate some design

upgrades, the Vendor may require that an amendment to the tentative closing date be made at the time of scheduled

upgrades Appointment.


NOTE:

Purchase price includes the following and may not be the same as that contained in the models which may be

available for viewing. Requests for product substitution from any organization outside of our providers will not be

accommodated. Homes are professionally cleaned prior to PDI walkthrough, client’s concept of clean may differ from

Lecki Developments acceptable levels.Lecki Developments will not be responsible to provide a secondary final cleaning

prior to closing date.


The vendor warrants that the property will be enrolled under the TARION WARRANTY PROGRAM and prior to closing the

vendor and purchaser will inspect the property and will complete the TARION NEW HOME WARRANTY CERTIFICATE OF
